Data processing consent

01Request consent
By selecting the separate checkbox and submitting a request on sunday.ru, I freely consent to ООО «НОВЫЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ», Russian tax ID 7729697022, processing the name, company, phone, email or Telegram handle, industry, enquiry volume, selected solutions and task description I provide, together with the request ID, date, language, page and consent evidence. The purpose is to respond, assess the project, prepare a proposal and contact me at my request. Permitted operations are collection, recording, storage, correction, use, access by authorised staff, blocking, deletion and destruction. Primary requests are kept for up to 30 days; separate statutory periods apply if a contract follows.
02Telegram delivery
With the separate delivery checkbox, I permit my name, contact, task description and selected parameters to be sent to responsible staff through the he.ru HTTPS proxy to Telegram. I understand that delivery services may process data outside Russia and operate under their own rules. This does not authorise public disclosure or marketing. I can email info@one.ru to contact the team without Telegram delivery. The operator is responsible for the applicable legal grounds and transfer procedures.
03Server chat consent
By enabling the separate chat control, I permit up to eight recent messages in the current conversation, the language and technical consent evidence to be sent to the SunDay.Ru server and, if configured, the operator’s own model. The purpose is to answer service questions and prevent abuse. Text is processed in memory and discarded after the reply; the application does not persist server chat history or use it for training. Permission lasts in the current tab while the control is enabled and can be disabled at any time. Local answers remain available without it. I do not provide passwords, payment details, medical records or confidential third-party information.
04Withdrawal
To withdraw consent or request correction or deletion, email info@one.ru with the request ID or information needed to locate it. Processing stops within statutory periods unless another lawful basis applies. These permissions do not authorise marketing, public disclosure or use of your likeness or voice and do not accept an order contract. Privacy policy.
