01Website and services
SunDay.Ru presents business AI implementation services. The provider is ООО «НОВЫЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ», Russian tax ID 7729697022; info@one.ru, +7 (903) 755-33-76. Website materials, calculator estimates and Sunny’s replies are informational. Scope, prices, timelines and obligations are defined by an agreed proposal and contract; this website is not a binding public offer.
02Pilot and acceptance
Before launch, we agree one workflow, knowledge sources, access, test questions, permitted actions and acceptance criteria. The customer supplies current materials and the necessary rights to use them. Material agent actions, financial operations and data changes require specifically configured rules and approvals. AI can make mistakes; a person reviews critical outputs.
03Costs and infrastructure
Quotes distinguish setup, integrations, hosting, model usage and support. Channel and third-party API availability is checked before confirming scope. Licences, subscriptions, usage limits and platform costs may be separate. External outages and API changes may require changes to the agreed solution. Sales and savings figures are not guaranteed.
04Rights and materials
Rights to code, copy, graphics, avatars, voices and source files are set out in the contract, subject to model licences and third-party components. Using a real person’s likeness or voice, including cloning, requires confirmed permission. Portfolio publication is agreed separately. Providing customer materials for a project does not make them public.
05Support and limits
Support channels, hours, incident priorities and response times are set in the support plan or SLA. An automated workflow running around the clock does not mean a specialist is always on duty. We do not provide spam, phishing, restriction evasion or unlawful data collection. Reminders and outbound messages require the applicable grounds and an opt-out.
06Enquiries and document language
For orders or website enquiries, email info@one.ru and include your request ID if available. Separate privacy and consent documents govern personal data. Russian and English versions describe the same process; the contract defines the language and precedence of documents for a particular order.
